The Peconic Star Fleet sails from Greenport, which is located 24 miles east of Riverhead and 7 miles west of Orient Point. Berthed at the railroad dock on 3rd street, the vessel is located only steps away from Long Island Railroad's historic Greenport Station/ Maritime Museum and the Shelter Island Ferry's North Terminal. There are many shops, restaurants, delicatessens and hotels located by the dock. Parking at the dock is free, safe and plentiful.
